Your Mission
As a Cook I , you'll be the backstage hero prepping, cooking, and plating dishes that keep the good vibes flowing from breakfast to lunch and beyond. You'll work alongside a rockstar kitchen team delivering consistent, high-quality plates with efficiency, attention to detail, and a whole lot of pride.
What You'll Do
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and guest preferences.
Set up your station with fresh ingredients, tools, and supplies - ready to jam when the doors open.
Maintain a clean, organized work area that meets all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with prep, stock rotation, and closing tasks to keep the kitchen rocking day after day.
Communicate and work in sync with fellow cooks and service staff to keep the flow smooth and the plates hot.
Jump in wherever needed to keep the diner energy high and the guests satisfied.
You're a Great Fit If You...
Have 1+ year of culinary experience in a hotel, high-volume diner, or similar environment.
Know your way around a line station - from prep to plating - with speed and accuracy.
Keep your cool under pressure and take pride in the details, no matter how busy it gets.
Bring a team-first mindset and love collaborating with others.
Have flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays - because good vibes never sleep.
