Were looking for an Events Manager with serious attention to detail, big-picture vision, and rockstar-level service to lead unforgettable weddings, corporate functions, social soirees, and everything in between.
Your Mission
Be the driving force behind every events successfrom the first inquiry to the final curtain call. Youll collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver flawless execution and electric guest moments.
What Youll Do
Own all phases of the event lifecycle: planning, coordination, and on-site execution
Craft and distribute detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), timelines, and diagrams
Lead pre-event meetings and walkthroughs with clients and internal teams
Communicate with culinary, banquet, AV, and hotel leadership to ensure seamless flow
Provide on-site leadership during events, solving problems with poise and precision
Ensure brand standards, service excellence, and safety protocols are always in tune
Evaluate each event post-show and share insights for continuous improvement
Youre a Great Fit If You
Have 3+ years of experience in event planning or coordination in a hotel or luxury venue
Know how to own the details without losing sight of the guest experience
Can juggle multiple events and priorities with cool confidence
Thrive under pressure, think on your feet, and love connecting with people
Are a collaborative team player with a high bar for service and quality
Have a flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays are part of the gig!)
