Job Summary:
The Front Desk Supervisor plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk. This position ensures a seamless check-in and check-out process, handles guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, and supports the front desk team through training, coaching, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front desk agents to ensure smooth, efficient, and courteous service.
  • n
  • Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing.
  • n
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
  • n
  • Maintain a strong presence at the front desk, setting the tone for service excellence.
  • n
  • Ensure that all daily tasks, logs, and reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • n
  • Train and mentor new front desk agents and provide ongoing guidance and support.
  • n
  • Monitor appearance, grooming, and conduct of team members in accordance with resort standards.
  • n
  • Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, etc.) to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
  • n
  • Uphold security procedures and manage room key control.
  • n
  • Assist with scheduling and shift coverage as needed.
  • n
  • Operate and manage hotel systems such as OPERA and HotSOS (or similar PMS systems).
  • n
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

n
    n
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
  • n
  • Minimum 2 years of front desk experience in a luxury or high-volume hotel setting.
  • n
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
  • n
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • n
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS systems (OPERA preferred).
  • n
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • n

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • n
  • May be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • n
  • Capable of moving quickly to address guest needs throughout the property.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

n

  • $26.00-$26.00 per hour
  • n
