2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

n

Weekend shift: Fri/Mon 7a-3p and Sat/Sun 7a-7p

n

Pay:

n

2nd shift: $21/hour

n

Weekend shift: $22.50/hour

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics? LSI Staffing is seeking a dedicated Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our client's growing team in Blue Springs, MO. This isn't your typical CSR role; you'll be the heart of shipping operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

What you'll do:

  Master client's inventory software

  n
n
• n

  Field incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service

  n
n
• n

  Coordinate truck driver check-ins and check-outs

  n
n
• n

  Assign docks to internal forklift drivers

  n
n

n

Qualifications:

n

n
• n

  High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus)

  n
n
• n

  At least 3 years of verifiable warehouse / logistics customer service experience

  n
n
• n

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  n
n
• n

  Strong computer and data entry skills

  n
n
• n

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  n
n
• n

  Bilingual skills are a bonus

  n
n

Responsibilities:

• n

  Manage shipping and receiving operations in partnership with the warehouse team

  n
n
• n

  Process billing and invoicing with accuracy and speed

  n
n
• n

  Resolve issues related to billing, invoicing, shipping, and receiving

  n
n
• n

  Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members

  n
n
• n

  Serve as a liaison between the warehouse and customers

  n
n
• n

  Adhere to company safety standards and regulations

  n
n
