n2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
nWeekend shift: Fri/Mon 7a-3p and Sat/Sun 7a-7p
nPay:
n2nd shift: $21/hour
nWeekend shift: $22.50/hour

LSI Staffing is seeking a dedicated Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our client's growing team in Blue Springs, MO. This isn't your typical CSR role; you'll be the heart of shipping operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
nWhat you'll do:

Master client's inventory software

Field incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
n n - n
Coordinate truck driver check-ins and check-outs
n n - n
Assign docks to internal forklift drivers

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus)
n n - n
At least 3 years of verifiable warehouse / logistics customer service experience
n n - n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n n - n
Strong computer and data entry skills
n n - n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
n n - n
Bilingual skills are a bonus

Responsibilities:

Manage shipping and receiving operations in partnership with the warehouse team

Process billing and invoicing with accuracy and speed
n n - n
Resolve issues related to billing, invoicing, shipping, and receiving
n n - n
Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members
n n - n
Serve as a liaison between the warehouse and customers
n n - n
Adhere to company safety standards and regulations
