Job Description
As the Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for supporting the full mechanical design process of high-performance components, including creating 3D models, performing analyses, and collaborating closely with engineering.
The position also involves transitioning designs into production, addressing technical challenges, and contributing to proposal and cost evaluations based on customer specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing mechanical components, tooling, and test fixtures using CAD.
  • Performing structural and thermal analyses on designs.
  • Collaborating with manufacturing teams to support production.
  • Assisting with drafting and engineering documentation.
  • Contributing to proposals by evaluating design and cost.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Mechanical Engineer is a hands-on engineer with a strong foundation in CAD,analysis, and design.
They are adaptable, excited to learn, and capable of working across disciplines to solve problems and meet project goals in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Mechanical Engineers will have:
  • Proficiency with CAD tools.
  • Familiarity with FEA software.
  • A good understanding of GD&T and mechanical drafting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance.
