Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database, ensuring up-to-date information on clients and prospects.
- Create and execute strategic marketing plans and direct marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to manage cases, ensuring high client satisfaction and quality service delivery.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about competitors' pricing, products, and services.
- Represent the company at educational events, trade shows, and networking functions to build and strengthen client connections.
- Deliver compelling presentations of products and services to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and develop tailored sales proposals to meet client needs.
- Provide sales training and support to clients, enhancing their understanding and utilization of our offerings.
- Maintain detailed sales activity records and prepare comprehensive sales reports.
- Address sales inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and foster strong, lasting client relationships.
- 5-10 years of experience in selling court reporting services to law firms, demonstrating success in sales and negotiation.
- Strong network and rolodex within the legal community, particularly law firms.
- Proven ability to lead and grow a sales territory, aligning with company values and vision.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on expanding the customer base and contributing to client training programs.
Compensation: On-target earnings up to $200,000.
