Job Description
The Manufacturing Systems Engineer will include:
- Develop and refine CNC programs for complex parts used in high-precision, defense and space industries.
- Lead the setup, testing, and validation of machining processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Support the design of custom fixtures and tooling to improve consistency and repeatability.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance work flows.
- Drive process improvements through automation strategies and continuous evaluation of machining methods.
The Successful Applicant
The Manufacturing Systems Engineer should have:
- 6+ years of hands-on CNC programming experience.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, precision-focused environments tied to industries like aerospace or defense.
- Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and quality standards.
- Able to interpret technical data and inspection results to make informed process adjustments.
- Demonstrates a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
