Your Contributions
* Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our unique platform along with your personal network
* Engage potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for detailed evaluations
* Follow up with prospects to sustain interest and assist in their hiring journey
* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
* Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and hires that stem from your leads
Success Factors
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive and self-driven attitude - you design your day, not the other way around

Compensation Structure
This is a results-driven, commission-only role. This means there is no limit to your earning potential and no ceiling on your success.
You will earn based on tangible contributions:
* Commission for each qualified meeting you arrange
* Additional earnings when interviews are conducted as a result of your outreach
* Enhanced commissions for new business generated
* Bonus commissions when placements are secured that connect back to your lead
