Job Overview:
- As a Sr Account Executive, Government, you will be responsible for Local Government accounts.
- You will focus on the customer lifecycle, selling to these accounts, and renewing contracts.
- You will leverage your prior education industry experience to drive sales, renew contracts, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue while driving customer retention.
- Your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to meet sales expectations and maintain high job performance through various business-building metrics.
- You will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and managing existing customer accounts.
- This role has a larger quota expectation compared to the Account Executive position, reflecting the increased responsibility and scope.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required) / bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- 5+ Years Selling to Government (State and Local) accounts Preferred
- 5+ Years of Extensive Customer Service Experience Preferred
- 5+ Years Business Markets Sales Experience Required
- 5+ Years Wireless Industry Sales Experience Preferred
- 5+ Years Telesales or Technical Sales Experience Preferred
