nJob Summary :
nThis position will handle the daily critical sales support, data analysis and reporting activities for various aspects of the aftermarket sales business, primarily supporting USL parts sales and R&M (Repair & Modernization) activities. In addition, this position will be expected to identify and drive process improvement initiatives, lead projects to improve aftermarket parts and R&M sales and profitability while also improving customer experience.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities :

- Prepare daily sales order and shipment reports for the CCR team n
- Compile data for daily management reports to share with the overall business. n
- Track, monitor and drive multiple sales pipelines for parts, R&M, MPP, Premium, Service Report and other opportunities as offerings are developed. n
- Use Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM to enter warranty orders for multiple locations. n
- Perform data cleanup for recommended spare parts lists that are sent to engineering for review n
- Perform collections follow up for invoiced R&M projects. n
- Develop & analyze new proactive sales reports including but not limited to lost sales reports, R&M trend reports and RSPL gap reports. n
- Manage the Case System and enter cases as needed, ensuring the system is clear of errors and encouraging teammates to utilize the system to create cases. n
- Support cleanup and updates of CRM as needed (account assignments). n
- Use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables & visual graphs to support analysis. n
Education/Experience :
n- n
- Minimum 3 Years' experience in a customer service or sales environment n
- Prior parts department experience is a plus n
