Save Job

We're excited to be partnering with Neros , one of the most ambitious defense tech startups in the country, on their search for Electrical Engineers to help rebuild America's drone industrial base.
Neros isn't your typical defense contractor. They're moving fast, scaling hard, and putting real capability in the hands of warfighters-not in years, but in months . They've already built the highest-rate drone production line in the U.S., producing over 1,000 Archer UAVs per month . These aren't off-the-shelf systems-they're fully in-house, from flight computers to motor drivers to anti-jam radios.
Now they're looking for electrical engineers who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and want to own projects from design to deployment . If you love shipping hardware that gets used in the real world, this is your kind of team.
What you'll be doing:

  • Designing analog and digital circuits from scratch-block diagrams, schematics, layout, and bring-up
  • Working on a wide range of custom electronics, from flight computers to RF systems
  • Collaborating closely with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers
  • Getting your hands dirty with prototypes, debugging, soldering, and iteration
  • Seeing your designs go into mass production-quickly
What they're looking for:
  • Strong experience with PCB design and hands-on prototyping
  • Solid command of Altium Designer and circuit fundamentals
  • Comfort in the lab: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, rework tools, etc.
  • U.S. work authorization and eligibility for Top Secret clearance
  • A builder's mindset-people who own the whole stack and want to ship
Bonus points for:
  • UAV experience (PX4, Ardupilot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with RF systems, analog/digital video, camera modules, or BLDC drivers
  • Background in LoRa, DSP, controls, or antennas

This is a rare chance to work on meaningful hardware at serious scale-with a team that values speed, ownership, and impact . If that sounds like your kind of mission, we'd love to hear from you.
