Location: Snowmass Club | Snowmass Village, CO
Full-Time | Non-Exempt

What You'll Do
Lead in the Kitchen
  • Promote a positive kitchen culture and teamwork
  • Work quickly and efficiently at your station under pressure and heat
  • Follow recipes and plating specs from the Chef with precision
  • Prepare menu items for member and guest service in a timely manner
  • Maintain an organized station and keep up with multiple orders
Keep It Fresh & Safe
  • Ensure all food is properly heated, cooled, labeled, and dated using FIFO best practices
  • Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and equipment
  • Set up, maintain, and break down your prep station each shift
  • Follow all health, safety, and food sanitation regulations
  • Close the kitchen properly using the closing checklist
Support the Team
  • Take inventory and requisition items needed for your station
  • Notify Executive Sous Chef of any shortages
  • Make suggestions for improving kitchen operations or equipment
  • Attend kitchen meetings and contribute ideas
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications
What Makes You a Great Fit
High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of two years of kitchen prep and cooking experience
Food safety certification preferred
Positive attitude, team spirit, and ability to multitask under pressure
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Push, pull, or lift up to 70 lbs
Stand, walk, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive motions for long periods
Work in hot, humid, and high-energy environments
