This individual will be joining a team that places it's focus on hyper-seasonal Nebraska produce combined with a deeply rooted rustic style of authentic Italian cuisine, a brilliantly sourced Italian only wine list, & a commitment to unwavering hospitality.

Balanced alongside this staple restaurant is an expanding offsite catering program involving a mobile pizza oven and a brand new custom designed Dante food truck, sending the Dante standard all over town. We are seeking individuals with a passion for the culinary arts and a solid reputation for reliability, work ethic & a growth based mindset within the realm of Italian cuisine.
