nEnsure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed consistently.
nAssist in menu planning and daily specials, contributing creative ideas.
nMaintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of ingredients.
nCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
nMonitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
nParticipate in training and mentoring of new kitchen staff.
nAdapt to changing menu items and seasonal ingredients with flexibility.
nRequirements:
nProven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
nKnowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
nAbility to work efficiently under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
nStrong attention to detail and a passion for food presentation.
nFamiliarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
nExcellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
nCulinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
