Key Responsibilities:
- Support regional teams globally by driving alignment across business units and ensuring execution of global strategies
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including finance, marketing, legal, and product management to support regional business needs
- Work with finance teams to develop and manage pricing strategies for international customers
- Partner with product teams to inform future product roadmap decisions based on market insights and customer feedback
- Assist marketing and regional teams in creating effective go-to-market strategies, including customer launch support and promotional campaigns
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets by working closely with business units and development teams
- Ensure alignment between corporate objectives and regional execution plans
- Facilitate cross-regional collaboration and share best practices among teams
- Analyze data from regional teams to deliver actionable insights to executive leadership and functional departments
- Maintain clear, open communication between regional offices and headquarters
- Help shape strategic business deals to drive customer growth
- Lead customer meetings and engagements, including executive-level discussions
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
- Proven experience working in a global or multi-regional business environment
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially at the executive level
- Ability to analyze business data and develop actionable strategies
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
