nWhat You’ll Do: n
As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in product development, verification/validation (V&V), and risk management while ensuring the seamless performance of our cell analyzers, sorters, and associated assays .

- Develop and manage system requirements and specifications. n
- Assess design feasibility, test product functionality, and drive iterative improvements. n
- Design and execute test methods to validate product performance. n
- Provide critical feedback on software workflows and instrument performance. n
- Analyze and interpret data to ensure compliance with product requirements. n
- Troubleshoot complex flow cytometry instruments with expertise. n
- Communicate effectively with Systems and R&D teams to drive innovation. n
- Contribute to regulatory compliance, risk management, and design transfer activities . n
What You Bring: n
We’re looking for a problem solver with a passion for precision and technical expertise across multiple disciplines.
nRequired Qualifications: n
- n
- BS/MS in Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. n
- 5+ years of experience in medical device/in vitro diagnostics product development. n
- Strong understanding of flow cytometry, hematology technology, and related products . n
- Experience in writing and managing system requirements . n
- Broad technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, optical, software, and biomedical engineering . n
- Hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. n
- Familiarity with Human Factors and Usability Engineering standards . n
- Experience with System Engineering tools (e.g., Jira, JMP, TestRail, HelixALM). n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills . n
Bonus Qualifications: n
- n
- Deep understanding of flow cytometry principles . n
- Expertise in risk management and regulatory compliance . n
- Experience with design transfer activities . n
- Familiarity with Cytek Aurora and Spectro-Flo software . n
- Leadership experience managing small teams (3-4 members) . n
What to Expect: n
This role involves working in a high-tech environment that may require handling biological materials (human blood or cells), high-energy light sources (lasers), and voltage-based systems . Candidates must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. when needed.
