(Located about 30 Miles NW of Detroit)nBase salary range starts at 80K, relevant to experience and education.nRequired:nnMinimum of 3 years relevant experiencenUnderstanding of PLC's, VFD's, electrical troubleshooting, controls, wiring, pumps, motors.nAbility to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipmentnGood communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with co-workers, management & clients.nMust be able to handle multiple tasks, have excellent attention to detail, and be willing and able to learn new technologies quickly.nnPreferred:nnWater/Waste-Water Treatment plant experience HIGHLY preferredn2- 4 year electrical engineering degreennJob Responsibilities:nnTroubleshooting of PLC's, instrumentation, and motor control devices such as variable frequency drives and reduced voltage starters.nProvide service and customer support during field visits or dispatchesnTie workflow to schedulenManage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasksnDiagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutionsnProduce timely and detailed service reportsnDocument processesnFollow all company's filed procedures and protocolsnCooperate with technical team and share information across the organizationnComprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefingsnBuild positive relationships with customersnnThis is a SERVICE job.
