Industrial Electrician – 2nd Shift (Facility Maintenance)
Location: Fort Atkinson, WI (100% onsite; no relocation)
Shift: 2nd Shift, Full-time, Permanent W-2
Authorization: U.S. or Green Card holder required
Pay: $42–$44/hour (Time-and-a-half over 8 hours; Double time on Sundays) + Full benefits

Your Responsibilitiesn

  • Electrical Maintenance & Repair: Read schematics, install and troubleshoot factory equipment, controls, and panels in compliance with codes.
    • n
  • Preventive Care: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
    • n
  • Documentation: Accurately log work performed, parts used, and any code-related notes.
    • n
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy, hazard-free workspace and follow all safety protocols.
    • n
  • Physical Tasks: Climb ladders, lift equipment, and perform other essential maintenance duties.

Requirements

What You Bringn

    n
  • Experience: 1+ year as an electrician in an industrial or commercial setting.
    • n
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to interpret electrical schematics and apply NEC and local code requirements.
    • n
  • Dependability: Solid work history and commitment to attendance and quality workmanship.
    • n
  • Local Commitment: Residence within 45-minute commute of Fort Atkinson, WI.
