Salary: $80,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Interpreting electrical schematics to understand and troubleshoot systems.
  • Installation and maintenance of electrical components of factory equipment, including controls and panels.
  • Ensuring all electrical work complies with industry and safety standards.
  • Meticulously documenting operations and maintenance procedures.
  • Facilitating operations by climbing ladders as necessary for equipment access.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace in accordance with company guidelines and regulations.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience as an electrician, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • A committed employment history demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the USA (U.S. citizen or Green Card holder).
  • Residence within a 45-minute commute to Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, or willingness to relocate at own expense.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced understanding of electrical systems and high-level troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with modern industrial electrical systems and energy management.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of explaining complex systems in simple terms.
  • High attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as climbing, bending, and lifting.
