Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends in IT, non-IT, and healthcare staffing.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients. Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the client base and increase market share.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and terms of business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are understood and met. Provide guidance and support to recruiters to align with client needs.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of business development experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on IT, non-IT, and healthcare domains.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of staffing industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel: Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
