nJob Summary
nWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, dispatch our van fleet, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy ,a team player, and is able to remain calm under pressure.
nResponsibilities
nReceive a high volume of inbound calls
nIdentify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
nUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customer
nDispatch our fleet of vans from our office to Pittsburgh International Airport, to scheduled hotel pick ups, and customers prompt pick up upon return.
nQualifications
nHigh school diploma/GED
nPrevious experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
nComfortable using computers and customer management software
nExcellent phone and verbal communication skills
nUnderstanding of active listening techniques
nAbility to work well under pressure
nHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
