nWe are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, ambitious, problem solver, and is able to remain calm under pressure.
nResponsibilities
nReceive a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and texts
nMonitor Social Media Accounts
nIdentify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
nUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
nDocument all customer interactions
nAttend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
nPrioritize calls according to the level of urgency
nTransmit information to the appropriate person or department
nDirect response units to appropriate location
nMonitor status of the response team
nQualifications
nCollege Degree
nPrevious experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
nComputer savvy and familiar with customer management software
nExcellent verbal and written communication skills
nUnderstanding of active listening techniques
nAbility to work well under pressure
nHighly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
nProblem solver
nExcellent typing and data entry skills
nAbility to work in our office M-F 8am-5pm (this is not a remote position)
