️ What You’ll Do

    n
  • n

    Coordinate field operations and subcontractor activities to ensure smooth, timely execution.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Interpret construction drawings and specs; develop detailed work plans and logistics.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Ensure full compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specs.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Manage material takeoffs, procurement, and delivery schedules.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Oversee project closeout, including financial reconciliation with subcontractors and the Owner.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Maintain document control and subcontractor compliance tracking.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Review and coordinate shop drawings, mockups, and scopes of work.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Enforce OSHA and environmental safety standards on-site.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Collaborate with QA/QC teams to resolve non-compliance issues.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Identify critical path activities and long-lead procurement needs.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Assist with schedule development and subcontractor coordination.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Support monthly billing, cash flow forecasting, and change order processes.

    n
  • n
n

What You Bring

n
    n
  • n

    Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

    n
  • n
  • n

    5–10 years of experience on heavy civil infrastructure projects.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Proven experience on complex projects valued at$100M+.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Strong cost tracking and financial management skills.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Deep understanding of construction law, contracts, and claims processes.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

    n
  • n
n

Preferred Skills & Certifications

n
    n
  • n

    Proficiency in Procore and Primavera P6.

    n
  • n
  • n

    OSHA 30certification.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Experience with bridge or major transportation infrastructure is a strong plus.

    Salary Range:$125,000 – $175,000/year
