Job Description
nWhat You’ll Do:

- Handle 30–40 calls/emails daily, providing friendly and knowledgeable support n
- Guide customers through their DNA testing journey with empathy and professionalism n
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs efficiently n
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive case information n
- Become an expert in DDC’s Specialty Testing products and workflows n

What You Bring
n- n
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred n
- A positive, solution-focused mindset with strong communication skills n
- Ability to work calmly with sensitive or emotional customer situations n
- Willingness to learn and grow in a highly specialized field n
- Adept with Microsoft software suite (Excel, Word, etc.) n
- High school diploma/GED preferred n
** Physical Requirements **

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. n
- Frequent use of a headset and phone to communicate with customers. n
- Regular interaction via digital communication platforms. n
- Communicating with others to exchange information. n
