What You’ll Do:
Handle 30–40 calls/emails daily, providing friendly and knowledgeable support
Guide customers through their DNA testing journey with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs efficiently
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive case information
Become an expert in DDC’s Specialty Testing products and workflows

Qualifications: Qualifications
What You Bring
1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
A positive, solution-focused mindset with strong communication skills
Ability to work calmly with sensitive or emotional customer situations
Willingness to learn and grow in a highly specialized field
Adept with Microsoft software suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
High school diploma/GED preferred

Physical Requirements **
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Frequent use of a headset and phone to communicate with customers.
Regular interaction via digital communication platforms.
Communicating with others to exchange information.

Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm
