Job Description
The Quality Engineer - Defense Manufacturing will:

• Identify and analyze customer quality and technical requirements
• Support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance systems
• Ensure customer requirements are accurately integrated into TDGO documentation and processes
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Program Management, Design Engineering, and Value Stream teams to ensure smooth flow-down of requirements
• Prepare clear, logical reports summarizing facts, analyses, and conclusions
• Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands effectively
• Work independently to meet quality assurance objectives
• Interface regularly with employees across the facility to support quality initiatives
• Monitor and verify compliance with customer and internal quality standards
• Assist in risk assessments and quality audits as needed
• Maintain and organize quality documentation and records
• Support cross-functional teams in resolving quality issues and driving improvements
• Onsite at our Dover, NH facility

The Successful Applicant
Our ideal quality engineer will have the following experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field preferred
• Experience with ISO9001 OR AS9100
• Local to Dover, NH
• Previous aerospace / defense experience a plus, but not required
• Experience analyzing and interpreting customer Quality and Technical requirements
• Skilled in supporting development, implementation, and improvement of quality assurance systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Customer Service, Program Management, Design Engineering, and Value Stream teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to produce clear, logical reports with supported conclusions
• Good organizational skills, capable of managing multiple and shifting priorities
