Job Description
Senior Quality Engineer:

• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, control plans, and inspection records.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using structured problem-solving methodologies like PDCA or DMAIC.
• Analyze quality performance data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Support inspection processes by selecting appropriate measurement tools and training quality personnel in best practices.

The Successful Applicant
Te successful Senior Quality Engineer:

• Brings 5+ years of experience with AS9100D and ISO9001:2015 quality systems in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Has hands-on expertise in metalworking processes such as welding and heat treating, with familiarity in Nadcap requirements.
• Skilled in problem-solving methodologies (PDCA, DMAIC) and capable of leading cross-functional quality initiatives.
• Adept at interpreting complex engineering drawings and collaborating across teams to drive continuous improvement.
