Required Skills & Experience
• 1-5 years in IT support, systems administration, or network support (MSP experience preferred)
• Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and basic networking
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to work directly with clients
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable discussing business outcomes-not just technical fixes
Desired Skills & Experience
• Exposure to client-facing roles such as account management or project coordination
• Experience with MSP tools (ConnectWise, Autotask, Kaseya, etc.)
• Understanding of vendor and licensing management
• Interest in sales, consulting, or business development within the IT space
