Provide advanced support for desktops, servers, and networking as an escalation point for Tier 1 engineers Manage user lifecycle tasks including account provisioning, permissions, and system access Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices across client environments Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Exchange services Perform Windows Server configuration including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and VPNs Monitor systems using RMM tools and update documentation for accurate environment tracking Identify recurring issues, implement preventative measures, and recommend infrastructure improvements What Were Looking For
2+ years of MSP experience Strong skills with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and mobile device integration Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and networking issues Solid knowledge of Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and VPN configuration Comfortable working with both Windows and macOS systems Familiarity with RMM/PSA platforms (ConnectWise, Autotask, Kaseya, etc.) Why Join
