About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth to join their dynamic team. This role is at the forefront of a next-generation B2B GTM stack, with a focus on full-stack growth that integrates PLG, paid, content, and systems thinking to drive significant revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and optimizing full-funnel growth systems, running top-of-funnel acquisition strategies, and launching and scaling various growth campaigns. A key aspect of the role is to systematize execution at scale, lead a team of growth professionals, and drive results across a portfolio of initiatives. The Head of Growth will also be expected to act as an executive partner on key campaigns, design internal systems, and partner cross-functionally to ensure that growth efforts are aligned with revenue goals. Applicants for the Head of Growth position at the company should be performance-obsessed, builder-operators, and team leaders at heart. The role requires a technically fluent individual who is strategic, operational, and B2B-native. The ideal candidate will be startup-ready, AI-augmented, and have a proven track record in growth, SEO, or performance marketing. Bonus points are given for experience in early-stage B2B SaaS growth, PLG and sales-led hybrid funnels, and a strong background in managing contractors to execute campaigns.
