We're seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support full-cycle product development for powertrain assembly and automation systems. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that brings custom machine designs from concept to manufacturing floor. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating innovative solutions across product lines and project scopes.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design custom machinery and automation systems supporting automotive assembly n
- Develop engineering documentation including design specifications, proposal packages, and BOMs n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quoting, procurement, and vendor coordination n
- Participate in design reviews and assist with continuous improvements during the product lifecycle n
- Provide technical support for manufacturing, troubleshooting, and post-installation processes n
Qualifications:

- n
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering (BSME) or related field n
- 35+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within automotive or industrial automation n
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD n
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems including motion, structural integrity, and thermal design n
- Experience supporting proposal development and quoting processes n
- Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills n
- Knowledge of fabrication and assembly best practices n
