Position Description
Join our dynamic team as a Permanent Full-Time Experienced Mid-Level Diesel Technician to support our Truck Fleet. We are immediately hiring for this key role.
- Hourly Pay: $25.00 per hour
- Certification Bonus of $100 for each New ASE Certification Obtained, up to $700
- Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to $500 Every Quarter
- Schedule: Monday-Friday with Weekends OFF
- Hours: Second Shift from 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Repair Mechanic to work on Heavy Duty Vehicles.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Vocational or Technical Certification in a related field preferred
- Basic tools required
- Experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines with emphasis on routine preventative maintenance
- Minimum of two (2) years of classroom training and work experience preferred
- Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A preferred
- Must be able to obtain CDL within 6 months after hire
- Pass Ryder Drug Test, DOT physical, road test, and background check
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repair duties
- Conduct standard vehicle maintenance and inspections
- Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues using diagnostic tools
- Perform root cause analysis for failures and execute repairs
- Replace defective components as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance of the work environment
- Interact with customers and drivers to identify issues
- Utilize the Shop Management System for documentation
- Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines
- Support operations with additional duties as needed
