Account Executive

nnResponsibilities

- Create and implement strategies for targeting and gaining access to existing and new markets n
- Multifaceted selling from print services to marketing campaigns n
- Develop new client relationships through cold calling and enhance current client relationships through regular communication n
- Understand clients’ specific needs and goals through consultation and provide solutions that address those needs n
- Coordinate sales, advertising, pricing, product development, and public relations activities n
- Define and track appropriate metrics for performance management of campaigns n
- Apply strategic plans for identifying and addressing gaps n
- Maintain project status updates to all parties involved. n
- Determine value-added programs n
- Maintain long term relationships with client, vendors, and support team n
- Research and interpret buying behavior and develop effective offerings across channels n
- Seek and create new opportunities that deliver creative customer solutions n
- Be the solutions provider to our clients n
Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills n
- The desire and ability to sell a full range of products and solutions n
- Be persuasive and goal driven n
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team n
- Problem solving and solutions oriented n
- Pleasant and professional demeanor n
- Patience and perseverance n
- Relationship and consultative sales experience preferred n
- Creativity n
- Tact and good judgment n
- Exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective personal relationships n
- Familiar with CRM tools and standard computer software programs a plus n
- Ability to learn and adopt new software as necessary n
- Understanding of marketing/sales metrics, especially how to calculate return on investment n
- 2-3 years customer services experience preferred n
- Some college or equivalent experience preferred n
- Bachelors in Business, Marketing or Technology related field preferred n
