nSummary:
nThis role drives continuous quality improvement by gathering and analyzing data, maintaining standards, proposing solutions, and communicating with all stakeholders, from operators to high-level management.
nResponsibilities:

Oversee all quality inspections, including activity of off shifts

Submit non-conformance reports if needed and follow up to ensure problems are corrected
n n - n
Ensure accurate and standardized collection of data
n n - n
Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and troubleshooting
n n - n
Work independently and also in collaboration with others
n n - n
Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure testing for changes in materials or dimensions occurs
n n - n
Provide data as requested by other work related team include HQ
n n - n
Track/monitoring SPC data of all inspections and drive future changes
n n - n
Write and maintain work instructions
n n - n
Train operators when any changes occur
n n - n
Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:

Qualifications:

- n
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent, relevant experience (MS preferred)

Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/industrial Engineering / Computer science / or equivalent
n n - n
Knowledge Lean Six Sigma (Greenbelt or black belt holder preferred)

Experience:

- n
0 to 3+ years of experience in a quality engineer or related role
n n - n
Experience with complete core documents, including control plans and process failure mode effects analysis (PFMEA) helpful
n n - n
Experience with statistical process control (SPC) preferred
n n - n
Experience with 4M change process preferred
