The Mission

The Opportunity
As the Founding Account Executive , you'll play a pivotal role in building the sales function from the ground up, working side-by-side with the founding team to shape strategy, process, and go-to-market execution. You will directly impact growth and market share in a company poised to redefine the business data ecosystem.
What You'll Do
  • Own and execute across the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and lead discovery to negotiation and close
  • Maintain a high daily call volume (10+) while progressing multiple deals across varied account tiers
  • Combine discovery and pitching into efficient, concise meetings suited to fast-moving buyers
  • Tailor messaging and demos to technical and commercial stakeholders, from startup founders to enterprise teams
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to explore new verticals, test positioning, and optimize GTM strategy
  • Take a hands-on role in shaping the company's outbound engine and broader sales process, iterate fast based on performance and feedback
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive, ideally in AI Tools/Data infrastructure or technical product environments
  • Consistent top-of-team performance in previous roles, measured by quota attainment, closed revenue, and leaderboard rankings
  • Strong technical acumen: background in Computer Science, Software Engineering (SWE/FDE), or demonstrated fluency with APIs and developer-facing tools
  • Prior experience selling in early-stage startups, comfortable with urgency, iteration, and shorter sales cycles
  • Skilled at managing high activity volumes: 10+ calls per day, often running discovery and pitch in a single conversation
  • Experienced selling to a range of companies, from fast-growing startups to mid-market and enterprise buyers
  • Quick, consultative thinker with the ability to learn technical products deeply and translate value to a range of stakeholders
  • Bonus: Experience selling API-based or infrastructure products to technical decision-makers
  • Bonus: Exposure to scaling businesses at Seed to Series B/C stage
