Job Duties and Responsibilities

  Implement and manage the rollout of pricing and rate plan strategies for wireless devices and services.

  Write and maintain clear business requirements for IT and other technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of pricing plans.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of pricing plans.

  Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on implementation timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

• n

  Monitor the execution of pricing strategies, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions to ensure successful deployment and market competitiveness.

  Ensure all pricing implementations comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

  Document processes and maintain detailed records of pricing deployments to facilitate continuous improvement and compliance.

  Provide structured feedback to strategy teams on implementation outcomes, market response, and potential areas for improvement to inform future strategies.

  Act as a subject matter expert in pricing strategy, offering guidance and support to junior team members and other departments.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

n

Education and Experience:

n

n
• n

  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

  n
n
• n

  Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a pricing implementation or operational role, preferably within the telecommunications sector

  n
n
• n

  Experience leading large team at the executive level

  n
n

n

Skills and Qualifications:

  Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope

  n

• n

  Ability to work effectively with various teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges

  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• n

  Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management software

Salary Ranges

n

Compensation: $185,000.00/Year - $225,000.00/Year

n

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
