Job Summary
Responsible for management, maintenance, and upgrade of all user systems, including OS, patches/updates, asset tracking, imaging, software packaging, reporting, licensing, and system lifecycle. Maintains an inventory of all systems, software, licensing, deployments, and ownership. Builds system images compatible with disparate hardware vendors. Tests application compatibility against existing hardware and software/OS. Assists with leading and facilitating groups across all levels of the organization to deliver valued outcomes and drive business decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
*Degrees awarded outside of the United States with the exception of those awarded in one of the United States territories and Canada, must be credentialed by the World Education Services (WES), Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) or a National Association of Credential Evaluation (NACES) member organization.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Medium Work involves exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently or an amount greater than negligible and up to 10 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

Job Summary

- Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's Degree or higher is required.
- Five (5) years of experience managing Microsoft Windows 10 workstations in an enterprise is required.
- Certified as an Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Desktop Administrator Associate, or certifications in the System Center 2012 family is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 2016 and 2019 Server and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 101: Deployment and Administration is preferred.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Polices, PowerShell, DNS, DHCP, and PXE Boot is preferred.

- Intermediate and through knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Endpoint Configuration Manager: Operations Manager, Virtual Machine Manager, Data Protection Manager, Endpoint Protection, Service Manager, App Controller, Orchestrator.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 and11; Windows Server Update Services; and deployment/administration • Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and PXE Boot.
- Basic understanding of virtual environments: Microsoft Hyper-V Server, VMWare, or Nutanix.
- Create and deploy system images.
- Works with vendors as needed to resolve application or end user issues
- Ability to serve as a reliable resource for other employees in an area of expertise.
