Job Summary: The Systems Process Engineer plays a critical role in supporting the system build process by assisting with the testing of user requirements and evaluating the usability and efficiency of warehouse systems. This role involves thorough testing of user scenarios, identifying system gaps, recommending improvements, and ensuring the system aligns with warehouse operational needs. The Process Engineer will collaborate closely with the IT build team and other stakeholders, document findings, and communicate progress throughout the testing lifecycle. Additionally, this role may involve conducting system demos and training sessions to support adoption.

- Conduct comprehensive testing of user requirements and various scenarios within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Evaluate system usability and operational efficiency to ensure warehouse processes are accurately supported.
- Identify system gaps, report issues, and provide actionable recommendations to the IT build team.
- Document testing progress, results, and communications clearly and systematically.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system implementation and process improvements.
- Develop and deliver demonstrations and training sessions on the system to internal teams as needed.
- Support project management activities related to system builds and implementations.
- Investigate and analyze warehouse processes to align system capabilities effectively.
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proven experience in systems implementation projects.
- Strong project management skills.
