Position - Account Executive - Sponsorships
Location - Remote (US-based ONLY)
Compensation - $75k-$85k base + Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Sales: Lead the entire sales process from outreach and proposals to negotiation and close.
- Prospecting & Pipeline Building: Manage a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound interest, and event networking.
- Client Management: Build relationships and develop customized sponsorship solutions based on client needs.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure sponsor success and event delivery.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records and sales forecasts using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Event Support: Be on-site at major events to support sponsors and drive long-term relationships.
- 2-5 years of proven success in event sponsorship or B2B media sales.
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Organized and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communicator-both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with sales tech (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses.
- High-quality inbound leads and strong brand recognition.
- Remote work with travel for key events.
