Job Summary
The Account Executive plays a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with House of Worship clients. This position supports business growth by engaging clients through a consultative sales approach and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. This role contributes to the success of Vincent Lighting Systems (VLS) by fostering customer connections and driving positive outcomes.

Physical Demands/Work Environment
The work environment for this position includes a combination of office-based tasks and client site visits, which may take place at corporate offices, job sites, and event venues. The role requires frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment, with extended periods of sitting, typing, and screen time. Travel is expected to be up to 50%, including occasional overnight stays for client meetings, trade shows, and conferences. Mileage and other applicable travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policies. Effective communication skills are essential, as the position requires frequent interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams through phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.

The Account Executive plays a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with House of Worship clients. This position supports business growth by engaging clients through a consultative sales approach and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. This role contributes to the success of Vincent Lighting Systems (VLS) by fostering customer connections and driving positive outcomes.
Essential Functions
- Develops, maintains, and converts a list of potential leads and customers across varies markets.
- Creates and manages a comprehensive sales plan, including activities such as cold calls, video conferences, and onsite meetings to convert leads into customers.
- Conduct needs analyses, product demonstrations, and other proactive activities to support opportunity development.
- Maintains positive relationships with all manufacturers' representatives in the territory and collaborates with them to bring projects to market as the dealer/distributor.
- Prepares, delivers, and revises proposals to prospects or customers as necessary.
- Ensures customer satisfaction from the introduction to VLS through the end of project, striving to convert customers into VLS customers for life.
- Collaborate with creative professionals, both inside and outside of VLS, on the design, pricing, and delivery of all projects, including systems.
- Provides market data and analytics to VLS and participates in quarterly and yearly strategy meetings.
- Collaborates with leadership to set and exceed annual budget goals.
- Develops strategic initiatives, including new revenue streams, capital expenditures, and growth opportunities.
- Participates actively in trade organizations, trade shows, and networking opportunities to foster personal and professional growth, relationships, and business development.
- Works with leadership and team members go devise solutions addressing customer and internal challenges.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Fine Arts in Technical Theatre
- Experience in church production or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales or in lighting and AV for the live events industry.
- Demonstrated strong communication, negotiations, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to foster and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficient in analyzing data and developing actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated and result-driven, capable of working effectively independently.
- Comfortable with public speaking and influencing key decision-makers.
- Experience with CRM programs and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Successfully pass a five-panel drug screen.
