Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of Daiso USA’s digital brand strategy and digital/social media campaigns. This individual will be responsible for elevating Daiso’s online presence, growing digital engagement, and enhancing customer interaction across platforms. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, data-driven, and passionate about building brand equity through creative storytelling and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with brand goals
- Manage and optimize digital ad placements across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, Twitter)
- Lead the creation, publishing, and performance tracking of digital and social media content
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns that drive customer retention and engagement
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor campaign ROI and make data-driven recommendations to scale success
- Coordinate content production projects, ensuring alignment with brand messaging
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaign success
- Stay current with digital trends, tools, and best practices
- Develop and run A/B tests and conversion experiments
- Oversee digital marketing budgets and project timelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail or consumer products
- Strong working knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Twitter Ads, and other advertising platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and digital KPIs
- Familiarity with video and image specifications, aspect ratios, and frame rates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to test, learn, and iterate
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Occasional travel to the corporate office in Orange County, CA required
