The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and strategic planning.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.

nAttend construction Events and spread awareness about the company by engaging in various activities.

Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
nMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
nIdentify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.

- Contract Management and Negotiation n
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
nEnsure compliance with company policies and industry Codes and regulations.
nManage contract renewals and amendments as needed.

Track account performance against key metrics (revenue, profitability, client satisfaction).
nProvide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
nAnalyze client feedback and market trends to improve services and solutions
nRequired Skills and Qualifications:
nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
n3+ years of experience in account management and sales within the construction industry.
nStrong understanding of construction processes, project management, and industry standards.
nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
nProficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
nAbility to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
nStrong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
nWillingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits as needed.
nPreferred Qualifications:
nExperience working with general contractors, subcontractors, and construction firms.
nBasic knowledge of construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Autodesk.
nUnderstanding of construction contracts, risk management, and industry compliance requirements.
