nPosition Overview As a Healthcare Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You will work closely with our management team to develop strategies for reaching potential clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
nResponsibilities
nLead Generation: Identify and research potential healthcare clients and partners through various channels, including networking, industry events, and online platforms.
nOutreach: Conduct outreach efforts to engage potential clients, including cold calls, emails, and social media interactions.
nRelationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
nSales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for converting leads into clients.
nMarket Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to effectively position our solutions.
nReporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
nClient Support: Provide exceptional support and follow-up to ensure a positive client experience and address any concerns. Other:
nIncrease the total number of patients per day.
nEstablish and maintain effective, positive working relationships with all departments, center, and corporate employees, and franchisees.
nMaintain relationship with current partners.

nQualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry. WC / OCCMED experience. Urgent Care experience.
nKnowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including key players, trends, and challenges.
nSkills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
nTech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with healthcare IT solutions is a plus.
nDrive: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
