Construction Project Manager - HVAC & Plumbing (DFW Area)
Are you an experienced project manager with a background in mechanical construction ? We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee HVAC and plumbing-related projects in Fort Worth, TX .
This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for professionals with strong leadership, planning, and coordination experience in HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal systems . You will manage projects from concept through closeout-ensuring quality, safety, and financial performance.

Are you an experienced project manager with a background in mechanical construction ? We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee HVAC and plumbing-related projects in Fort Worth, TX .
This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for professionals with strong leadership, planning, and coordination experience in HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal systems . You will manage projects from concept through closeout-ensuring quality, safety, and financial performance.
What You'll Do:
- Manage multiple HVAC and plumbing construction projects of varying size.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of mechanical construction.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and field teams.
- Review contracts and ensure compliance with scope and budget.
- Develop and track project budgets, cost codes, and payment applications.
- Attend job meetings and work closely with design teams on design-build projects.
- Ensure safety protocols are in place and enforced.
- Submit timely and accurate billing, manage financials, and complete closeout.
- 3 plus years of experience in HVAC/plumbing project management
- Familiarity with mechanical construction, new builds, and renovations
- Ability to read construction drawings, specs, and submittals.
- Experience with tools like Timberline, CAD, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of change order management and subcontractor coordination
- Degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience)
