Our client, a leading mechanical contracting firm, is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team. Our client specializes in Pre-construction, Construction, and Renovation across the healthcare, data center, industrial, and higher education sectors throughout the Southeast and South-Central Regions.

This client is looking for an HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a large multi-year project in Muskogee, Oklahoma . Our client would prefer someone who either currently lives in Oklahoma or is willing to relocate. Their current project is a campus that will expand for several years. Successful Project Managers will become a permanent part of our client's work family and will be relocated to other projects when work is completed in OK.

Our client is only looking for Project Managers experienced in HVAC Mechanical and Plumbing.

Job Responsibilities:

n
    n
  • Build and strengthen relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
    • n
  • Oversee and manage project deliveries efficiently.
    • n
  • Handle all project invoicing. * Develop and project required labor schedules.
    • n
  • Manage the submittal and closeout processes thoroughly.
    • n
  • Coordinate projects, including RFIs and coordination drawings.
    • n
  • Successfully manage and close construction contracts within established gross margins.
    • n
  • Perform budgeting and cost control effectively.
    • n
  • Develop and deliver compelling client presentations.
    • n
  • Proactively pursue continuous learning in related disciplines through available internal and external training.
    • n
  • Actively participate in meetings, initiatives, and projects that support firm-wide goals.
    • n
  • Meet technical, contractual, schedule, budgetary, and client service objectives for each project.
    • n
  • May periodically act as a QC reviewer on projects.
    • n

Candidate Requirements :

n
    n
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
    • n
  • Proven ability to work successfully independently.
    • n
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
    • n
  • Strong customer service skills.
    • n
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, OR 3 to 5 years of field experience in mechanical construction (HVAC mechanical and/or plumbing only).
    • n
  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Trimble, and MS Project (a plus).
    • n
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • n
  • Minimum 4 years of verifiable Project Management experience specifically in HVAC Mechanical and Plumbing.
    • n

Compensation:

n
    n
  • Base salary range for Mid-level Project Managers with 3-7 years of experience: $90,000 – $110,000
    • n
  • Base salary range for Senior-level Project Managers with 8+ years or experience managing large-scale projects: $110,000 – $135,000
