• Collaborate with the clients and the internal team to ensure the correct understanding of the client requirements.
• Build strong customer relationships, including key customer stakeholders and sponsors.
• Work with internal team in developing project plans, schedules, and budget etc.
• Coordinate with the service delivery team to ensure alignment with the customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the clients on personnel issue resolution.
• Administer all company systems for employees.
• Manage customer expectations and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Develop processes for task specific requirements and ensure that services meet the expected outcomes.
• Ensure timely transfer of the progress reports, employment statistics, and contract reports to the executive management and the client.

bility to understand and fulfill contract requirements, SLAs, and compliance mandates.
Skilled in coordinating between government client contacts, internal recruiters, and legal/compliance teams.
Deep knowledge of staffing operations: recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, retention strategies.
Experience managing multiple requisitions and placements under a master contract or government BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement).
Familiarity with both staff augmentation and deliverables-based work orders.
Understanding of government procurement practices and labor regulations (e.g., FAR, SCA, E-Verify, OFCCP).
Knowledge of security clearance processes (Public Trust, Secret/Top Secret) where applicable.
