Junior/Mid-level Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Engineer - INT

Job Description

n

Support daily operations, monitoring, and incident response while growing technical expertise.

n

Provide 24/7 SRE coverage

n

Maintain dashboards and observability tools

n

Conduct root cause analysis and incident resolution

n

Maintain SOPs and knowledge base

n

Report on KPIs such as MTTA, MTTR, and SLA compliance

n

Configurations and Software Enhancements

n

Design and implement Python-based service applications for automation and data processing

n

Perform version control, testing, and deployment of projects

n

Support data ingestion pipelines

n

Participate in on-call rotations

n

Assist in automation and documentation efforts

n

Learn and apply SRE principles under mentorship

n

Skills and Requirements

n

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field

n

23 years of experience in DevOps/SRE or associated roles

n

Basic knowledge of Python, Kubernetes, and SQL

n

Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident response

n

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Certifications in Kubernetes or cloud platforms

n

Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines null
