nWhat You’ll Do As a line cook at Butcher & Bee, you’ll be responsible for:
nPrepping your station and supporting final prep for service
nExecuting dishes to spec with consistency and care
nMaintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
nFollowing all safety and sanitation protocols
nBreaking down and cleaning your station at the end of each shift
nWhat We’re Looking For
nA strong work ethic and willingness to learn
nPassion for food, teamwork, and creating great guest experiences
nAbility to take direction and stay organized under pressure
nSolid understanding of kitchen basics and knife handling
nMust be 1 years or older
nAvailability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
nPhysical Requirements:
nAble to stand, walk, bend, and move for long periods
nAble to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally kneel, climb ladders, or push/pull equipment
