Fancypants is hiring a thoughtful and capable line cook to join our kitchen team. We’re a neighborhood restaurant in East Nashville known for bold, seasonal, vegetable-forward food served with intention and integrity. WHAT YOU’LL DO

n

Run your station with accuracy and consistency

n

Execute service with a sense of urgency and care

n

Complete prep tasks with discipline and attention to detail

n

Communicate clearly and respectfully in a collaborative environment

n

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace from open to close

n

WHO YOU ARE

n

Experienced in kitchens, with at least 1 year in a respectable restaurant

n

Confident with knife skills, prep, and station management

n

Excited by vegetables, grains, fermentation, and flavor layering

n

Willing to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays (we close Thanksgiving and Christmas)

n

Able to lift 50 pounds and stay on your feet during shifts

n

Dependable, focused, and able to stay calm and consistent under pressure
