Provide account support to the MTS Sales Team. Support building relationships with current and potential MTS customers. Work cross functionally to ensure the final product meets both company and customer expectations. Serve as liaison between MTS Sales Team, customers, and internal departments.
Requirements

  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Support the management of MTS (make-to-stock) sales orders by maintaining and updating Trade Agreement prices, actioning Credit Memos, and executing Purchase Order/Sales Order revisions, as needed.
  • Assist Production by completing Sales-related tasks on Change Orders, Deviations, PMR reviews, and other related tasks for MTS products.
  • Monitor shipping information and send updates to MTS customers as needed, including, but not limited to actioning of Advanced Shipping Notices.
  • Provide support to MTS Sales Team on item data management by initiating packaging component NPIs and new label revision NPIs for current and new products.
  • Coordinate sample shipments of MTS products relating to the quoting new business, new product development, PPAP process, Stability studies, and testing samples for NSF, IFOS, etc.
  • Work across multiple departments to answer customer inquiries and concerns related, but not limited to, Product Complaints, providing Regulatory information, and responding to International inquiries.
  • Provide additional support for MTS customers relating to new and current products, as needed.
Credentials/Knowledge:
• Non-supervisory role.
• High School diploma, some college helpful.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• No certifications or licenses required.
• Moderate math skills required.
• Moderate reading skills required.
• Moderate computer skills needed.
• Must have moderate language skills.
• Must have moderate writing skills.
• Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
• Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation, without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.
• Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.

-Noise level usually moderate and often constant.
-Protective equipment such as gloves, hearing protection, masks, back belts or cGMP attire suits may be required or recommended in certain situations.
