• High School diploma, some college helpful.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• No certifications or licenses required.
• Moderate math skills required.
• Moderate reading skills required.
• Moderate computer skills needed.
• Must have moderate language skills.
• Must have moderate writing skills.
• Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
• Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation, without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.
• Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.

Requirements

- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Support the management of MTS (make-to-stock) sales orders by maintaining and updating Trade Agreement prices, actioning Credit Memos, and executing Purchase Order/Sales Order revisions, as needed.
- Assist Production by completing Sales-related tasks on Change Orders, Deviations, PMR reviews, and other related tasks for MTS products.
- Monitor shipping information and send updates to MTS customers as needed, including, but not limited to actioning of Advanced Shipping Notices.
- Provide support to MTS Sales Team on item data management by initiating packaging component NPIs and new label revision NPIs for current and new products.
- Coordinate sample shipments of MTS products relating to the quoting new business, new product development, PPAP process, Stability studies, and testing samples for NSF, IFOS, etc.
- Work across multiple departments to answer customer inquiries and concerns related, but not limited to, Product Complaints, providing Regulatory information, and responding to International inquiries.
- Provide additional support for MTS customers relating to new and current products, as needed.
